When it comes to living a healthy, all-natural, organic lifestyle, you must remember that it is just that…a lifestyle. When God created the Earth and us humans, he didn’t make any mistakes – everything we need here in life to survive has already been created for us naturally. Practically anything in its natural, organic form is considered healthy and is the best that we can get! Something that is organic is something that is only derived from living organisms (plants or animals), without the use of chemically formulated fertilizers, growth stimulants, antibiotics, pesticides or anything that is not natural. Anything that is recreated to mimic a living organism, that is man-made and developed in laboratories, that incorporates unnecessary chemicals and ingredients, and that involves replacing the natural source and DNA functionality of a living organism is not considered to be natural and can include many health risks. So please remember, it is best practice to include living organisms in your everyday life that are organic and in its natural form rather than recreated in an unnatural form.
Incorporating this healthy, all-natural, organic lifestyle can be done so through internal efforts and external efforts. Everything starts from the inside – internally; so your health and well-being is initially reliant upon what it is comprised of from the inside. Your healthy, all-natural, organic diet, (with diet meaning the realm of things that you consume on a regular, everyday basis as oppose to starving yourself and/or consuming certain foods for a temporary period of time), should embody these three different elements:
#1 – Intaking Antioxidants & Nutrients
#2 – Intaking Superfoods
#3 – Intaking Foods in its Natural, Organic Form
Element #1 – Intaking Antioxidants & Nutrients
An antioxidant is a natural substance found in living organisms that is composed of free radicals; this natural substance plays a very important role in our lives because the free-radicals help to protect us from any harmful disorders that we may encounter in life. Antioxidants are good for us because the free-radicals (nutrients) can help to prevent any degenerative diseases (such as cancer and/or heart disease) from occurring, can build a stronger immune system and protect our bodies from infection, can help to compose stronger bones as well as speed up the healing process of wounds, and so on and so forth. The following is a list of some of the standard nutrients (free-radicals) that are found in antioxidants and that you should intake on a regular basis:
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin B
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin D
  • Vitamin E
  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids (Fish Oil)
  • Protein
  • Zinc Vitamins
  • Iron Vitamins
  • Selenium Minerals
  • Fenugreek Vitamins
  • Biotin Vitamins
  • Magnesium Vitamins
  • Turmeric Vitamins
  • Essential Oils
Element #2 – Intaking Superfoods
The best way to intake your antioxidants and nutrients is through the consumption of foods…superfoods. A superfood is a nutrient-rich food or consumable considered to be tremendously beneficial to one’s health and well-being. The following is a list of some of the many standard superfoods in which you should intake in your regular, everyday diet:
SUPERFOODS: Water, All Fruits, All Vegetables (Especially Dark Green Vegetables, Onions, Garlic), All Nuts (Especially Peanuts, Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews, Brazil Nuts), All Beans (Especially Black Beans), Meats (Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Fish), Chocolate (Especially Dark Chocolate and Chocolate in Powder Form), Tea (Especially Green Tea and Ginseng Tea), Whole Milk and Soy Milk, Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes, All Peppers, Avocados, Whole Grains, Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds, Peanut Butter, Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Mushrooms, Raisins, Yogurt, Cheese, Sour Cream, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Corn, Honey, Sea Salt, Cane Sugar, Agave
Element #3 – Intaking Foods in its Natural, Organic Form
It is important to include superfoods in your regular, everyday diet, but the outcome of this effort will result to nothing if you are consuming fake foods with fake ingredients. For example, a salad with plenty of greens and cucumbers is an excellent choice to include into your everyday diet because it is a superfood that is loaded with nutrients, but the purpose will be defeated if you are consuming a salad topped with artificial, processed dressing. The number one thing that you should look for and know when intaking any food and/or drink is what that particular consumable is made up of…the ingredients. A consumable made up of natural, organic ingredients is vital and the biggest element when it comes to eating healthy – 90% of the battle of gaining your recommended nutrient dosage and preventing any degenerative diseases from ever occurring is solved when you know what the food is made up of.
By you focusing on foods with only natural, organic, real ingredients, as oppose to focusing on how many calories and/or how much sugar is in that food, you will be answering and solving all of life’s biggest health questions and mysteries. For example, let’s say that you were trying to lose weight in about two months so that you can fit into your wedding dress. There are only certain foods that you decide to eat within these two months simply because you believe that these particular foods are less fattening. When the two months arrive and it’s time to fit into your dress, your goal of trying to lose some weight unfortunately did not work simply due to you focusing on the wrong set of information on each food label. Rather than exclusively focusing on how many calories that particular food had, you should have focused primarily on the ingredients. If you are focusing on how many calories are in a particular consumable, then you are not solving the problem because you need to know what the food is made up of first. If you know what a consumable is made up of first, then you’ll know why this food has so many calories, you’ll know why this food is loaded with excess sugar, you’ll know why this particular food is so fattening (e.g. artificial, fake food does not know how to digest in your body, which can result to excess weight); by you being aware of your food’s ingredients, all of life’s many health questions and mysteries will be solved. Fake food with fake ingredients can easily be avoided by becoming a labeled reader and knowing the ingredients in everything that you consume.
The key principle to always keep in mind is that when we are consuming consumables, we are either consuming food with organic, natural, real ingredients, or we are consuming fake food with fake ingredients. So, what does fake food with fake ingredients mean? Fake food means just what it sounds like…foods with fake ingredients. Any consumable that contains artificial flavor and color, preservatives, pesticides, growth hormones and synthetics, and is a genetically modified organism is considered fake food a.k.a. lab food; lab food means that it was man-made and developed in a laboratory as oppose to coming from the Earth. Those who work in the labs can become very creative and are able to recreate and redevelop any living organism that they so choose to. For example, a piece of beef can be replaced with pink slime (a.k.a. fillers derived from old animal waste trimmings that are heavily sprayed with ammonia chemicals), and/or replaced with rat meat (a.k.a. the meat from a rat), stuck together with transglutaminase enzymes (a.k.a. meat glue that is produced from cultivating bacteria and derived from the contaminated blood plasma of pigs and cattle), and then heavily doused with Red #40 and Yellow #5 (a.k.a. artificial colors/flavors that are chemical enhancers that can be derived from petroleum and/or crude oil products that also happens to be used in gasoline, diesel fuel, asphalt and tar) – preservatives (such as nitrate chemicals) can then be added to the “poultry” to maintain its “freshness” so that it can remain on that company’s shelf for years until it is purchased.
Let’s say that you have that same piece of beef but instead this time, it came from the actual cow with the only difference being that the cow was raised from a non-local, crowded-caged farm (rather than being raised from a local, cage-free farm), was fed with food that included growth hormones and steroids (rather than being given a grass-fed diet), was abused and not treated for diseases (rather than being treated with care and not left to decompose from a disease), and was genetically modified – a cow that is genetically modified, (a cow with GMOs), means that it was shot-up with man-made chemicals that allow for it to be able to grow extra body parts and more fat on its body. This genetically modified, processed piece of “meat” can then be combined with additives, (a chemical flavor and/or texture enhancement), monosodium glutamate, (a chemical substance known as MSGs that is added to food to trick the mind and the stomach into feeling hungry and/or full), and any other man-made chemicals so that it can be “appeasing” and “edible” for the consumer.
These food-producing laboratories are not limited to just reproducing meats from animals; anything and everything from dairy products and bread, to sweet treats and drinks can be reproduced. Drink consumables, such as the mainstream “juices” and sodas for example, are typically nothing but a man-made concoction of carbonated water mixed with synthetic sugars and sweeteners, high-fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors and colors, and preservatives and chemicals to maintain its “freshness” and longevity so that it can last on the shelves until a consumer makes that decision to purchase it – these drink consumables that contain these ingredients typically have little to no real juice content and/or natural ingredient component to it. Basically, these laboratories and company brands do not have to tell you, the consumer, what is exactly in the food – they are just required to inform you that that particular food/drink may include unnatural, man-made, fake ingredients.
The use of unnatural, man-made, fake ingredients is very harmful to one’s health and well-being and can lead to several health problems and diseases. Cancer is one of the biggest and strongest risks linked to the continuous consumption of unnatural, processed food – even though the actual cause of cancer is not exact, many studies have proven that the primary development of cancer is closely linked to the everyday constant consumption of unnatural, processed, genetically modified, artificial food. Cancer is only one of the many health risks – everything from obesity to heart failure, to any of life’s health mysteries and problems are all closely linked to the everyday consumption of fake foods.
Fake ingredients are widely used in the mainstream food company industry; this includes the produce from your local grocery store and some of your favorite restaurants and/or fast-food joints. Some countries have banned the use of some of these fake, harmful ingredients in their foods whereas the United States, “the land of the free,” does not prohibit food companies from using these harmful ingredients in the food. In the good ol’ days decades ago, it was more uncommon than common to find the use of artificial, cheap, fake ingredients in your food. As time progressed on, and as new technologies and discoveries were being implemented, the use of natural, real ingredients started to diminish from the food company industry. The GOOD NEWS though is that today, because consumers are now more informed about the development and production of food, a lot of the food companies are trying to go back to the basics and back to what it used to be…only using natural, real ingredients.
For years, food companies have decided to replace the natural ingredients with cheap, artificial ingredients simply due to them wanting to save money and gain a larger profit for their business – more and more companies today though are realizing that better quality ingredients is the correct path to follow because more and more consumers are now choosing quality (good food ingredients and integrity) over quantity (price). This is why all-natural, organic food cost more; it is the real thing! As of now, the demand for good quality, all-natural food is rising, and more and more companies are trying to make it more affordable for consumers to purchase. Though all companies are not following the path of using all-natural, real ingredients in their food, and though all organic and natural food isn’t always affordable, the following are standard things to always consider and keep in mind when making your food selection:
All-Natural, Organic, Healthy Food EXCLUDES:
  • Artificial Colors & Flavors
  • GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms)
  • GE (Genetically Engineered creations)
  • MSGs
  • Preservatives
  • Additives
  • Pesticides
  • Hydrogenated Fats
  • Trans Fat
  • Fillers
  • Growth Hormones
  • Steroids
  • Synthetics
  • High-Fructose Corn Syrup
  • Recreated Sugars and Sweeteners
  • Man-Made Fertilizers
  • Man-Made Laboratory Chemicals
Keep in mind that your MEATS should:
  • Come from local farmers
  • Come from local farmers that embody cage-free practices
  • Derive from animals that were fed a grass-fed diet
  • Not be injected with or sprayed with hormones, steroids, fillers or any other man-made laboratory chemicals
  • Not derive from animals that were abused or left to decompose from a disease
  • Not include transglutaminase enzymes a.k.a. meat glue
  • Be REAL MEAT as oppose to genetically modified meat, rat meat, pink slime or processed meat
Always Remember That…
Before you decide to purchase a consumable, do your research on and/or question that particular food company brand, grocery store, restaurant or fast-food restaurant about their foods’ ingredients and practices.
If that company brand, grocery store, restaurant or fast-food restaurant does not know the ingredients included in their foods, then you, the consumer, are unsure of the ingredients included in their foods, which means the company and the consumer are both unsure of the ingredients included in the foods – not knowing the ingredients in food does not solve the problem of you, the consumer, knowing if that food was composed of good quality ingredients. Remember, either you know the food is composed of natural, organic, real ingredients OR you know/don’t know if the food is composed of cheap, artificial, processed ingredients.
9 times out of 10, if a company brand, grocery store, restaurant or fast-food restaurant does not know the ingredients in their food, then the food is most likely composed of cheap, artificial, processed ingredients. In this day and time with consumers choosing quality over quantity, if a food company is only using natural, organic ingredients, then they’ll know about it and want to share that set of information with their customers. Companies that utilize cheap, artificial, processed ingredients usually try to hide it or deny it so that they can remain a profitable company. There are several companies that will lie or abuse terms, such as being “all natural” or “fresh,” in order to cover up the truth about their food production and practices. Though several companies tend to twist/rephrase words around to make you, the consumer, think that they are all good, it is important to keep in mind that all you need to be provided with are the ingredients and that company’s food development practices.
You must become a labeled reader – and if you are not exactly sure what that particular ingredient is while reading, then simply research what that particular ingredient means. Something to keep in mind is that if there is any particular ingredient that is super-long, includes numbers, and is the same ingredient found in gasoline and/or in the mainstream cleaning products, then it is a man-made, lab-created, unnatural ingredient.
Final Thoughts…
In order to live a healthy, all-natural, organic lifestyle, you must remember that it is a true lifestyle that involves true commitment – and you must remember that great health always starts internally – from the inside. In order to live a healthy, all-natural, organic lifestyle, you must regularly intake your antioxidants and nutrients from superfoods that only contain all-natural, organic ingredients. It is important to become a labeled reader and to avoid any consumables with unnatural, artificial, fake ingredients. Real food is all-natural food filled with antioxidants and nutrients that was created by God, not by man (man-made). Always remember this, the food you eat everyday can only be one of the two…fake food or real food – there is no in-between. Also remember that as the consumer, you hold the power and are the financial authority when it comes to living a happy, healthy lifestyle simply by not supporting the ‘fake-food’ industry and simply by voicing your opinion in order to put a stop to the unethical food production and practices.
