When it comes to getting the glow, one must remember that it all simply originates from self-care and self-pampering – true beauty will always and forever start from within. For obtaining The Natural Glow, follow these 10 Steps:
Step #1 – Eat Healthy
Step #2 – Drink Water
Step #3 – Get Your Beauty Sleep
Step #4 – Always Keep Your Face Clean
Step #5 – Exfoliate
There are many types of amazing scrubs that one can use to exfoliate. I am fond of using diy all-natural raw sugar scrubs – simply apply the sugar to your clean damp skin with your fingers at night. Exfoliation is not needed everyday.
Step #6 – Apple Cider Vinegar
On clean damp skin at night, apply organic apple cider vinegar on your face with a cotton pad or ball – a steam treatment can also be conducted for this step if that method is desired instead. (Leave vinegar on skin if proceeding to the very next step.)
Step #7 – Facial Mask
I am very fond of diy facials – it’s honestly one of my favorite things to do and incorporate in my regimen. I like to apply my diy organic honey facial each night when I do, (as well as many other types of diy facials) – on clean damp skin, simply apply the honey onto your face by gently massaging it in, then rinse with warm water.
Step #8 – Moisturize
Moisturizing your skin is everything – when applying your moisturizer, remember to pat it into your skin to keep it nice and plump. I always love to use different kinds of lotions, serums, creams, facial spritzers, and all-natural face oils – it’s good to switch and change it up when it comes to the products that you use in order to keep your skin on “its toes.” Currently, I am using the following now: Everyone Lotion, Derma E Sunkissalba Radiant Glow Oil, as well as the Shea Moisture Face Oil.
Step #9 – Highlight Your Skin with Makeup
